Warning: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK  The Credit-Add feature involves tapping into your machines token sensor wiring.  Improper hookup could possibly damage your machine or the AutoStop unit itself.  I've tried to show the proper connections on as many models as possible.  Follow instructions under  Unlisted models  to make sure you have the correct wires to tap into.

Credit-Add Model Selection

The following table can be used to assist you in determining the correct AutoStop or Credit Add unit to use in order to use the credit-add function.  This is a work in progress.  If you have any updates please e-mail me and I will update the table.   If your model is still unlisted, click here: Unlisted models

For example, a Sammy machine has 2 coin sensors that are normally high at 12 volts, and drop to 0 volts when the token passes.  You would connect wire "A" from the AutoStop to wire 2 (yellow) on the coin sensor and wire "B" to wire 5 (white.)

(For those who are using my DIY chip, pin 3 on the chip is wire "A" and pin 2 on the chip is wire "B".)

Note: The DIY chip should work with machines showing the AS-02C cable.

The standard AS-02 cable will work on all machines that have normal stop boards, but it does not have the credit-add feature.

* The credit-add wires connect differently on models that use this AutoStop.  On these machines, the wire connection must be "broken" to add credits.  This is accomplished by using a pair of normally closed relays on the AutoStop board.  You would connect 2 quick T taps to each of the appropriate wires on the coin mechanism, then cut the factory wire between them.

**This machine needs a 3rd wire connected from the coin common to the autostop common.  Let me know when ordering and I'll include the 3rd wire.

For example, on a Sammy machine, Pin 2 (yellow) on the coin mechanism connects to wire "B" and Pin 5 (white) on the coin mechanism wires to wire "A".  (My Sammy Aladdin machine uses 12 volts on the coin sensors so you have to use the AS-04 cable.)  You will need to tap into the existing wires, using the supplied quick T-Taps and Spade terminals.
